One of the great pleasures I’ve been able to enjoy throughout 2023 is to promote some truly brilliant indie artists through my website, social media channels and my Clip Bait playlist on Spotify.

It takes a lot of time to listen to loads of indie music and to sift through what I personally enjoy and, sadly, the music that’s not to my taste. But honestly it’s worth it. Throughout the year I’ve had the immense pleasure of listening to some simply wonderful musicians and their amazing songs.

There’s now nearly 100 artists and bands that are featured on the Radio section of my website. I’m able to do the shortest of introductions to their music and link to more information like their website or social media.

To those artists who I have featured, thank you for introducing me to your wonderful music. To those artists who I haven’t featured, thank you as well. Keep making your music and don’t let an old git like me put you off creating for others who will better appreciate what you do.

Take time to listen to stunningly good artists like Flora Fiora, Dan’s People, Churemi, Samantha Preis, Cheri Smith, Stephen Chivers, Emma Foreman and…….well, all of them. They deserve your time and you’re going to love what you hear.
