It’s with huge pride, humility and gratitude that I’m able to announce that my song Like Lovers Do has now passed 5,000 streams on Spotify.

As you will no doubt know Spotify is the world’s number one streaming service, accounting for something like 80% of all streams. There are around 100,000 new songs uploaded to Spotify every day. So the reality is that any unsigned, DIY artist like me really struggles to get any traction at all.

That’s what makes getting to the incredible milestone of 5,000 streams with a song I wrote is so utterly fantastic.
