Brighton based Mary Spender has a huge YouTube following and frankly it’s easy to see why. Her videos are charmingly English, in a good way, and cover a wide range of music topics.

Mary covers guitar reviews, original music, cover music, Ableton and a whole lot more on what is a pretty eclectic channel all underscored by her relaxed and confident presenting style. I wish I had her confidence to go in front of a camera. Maybe one day.

What I like about her channel is that’s it’s not shouty, it’s not all hyperbole and she doesn’t start every video with “Hey, what’s up YouTubers…” like so many YouTubers do. It makes a refreshing change.
