When I released my album Present Tense last year I also released videos for every song and uploaded them to my YouTube channel. The problem was that for half the songs, the ones that weren’t released as singles, the videos were just the song artwork, nothing moved, which is sort of the point with a video in my opinion.

Partly that was down to lack of time and partly that was down to my lack of technical ability when it came to putting videos together. Time is still an issue but my technical ability has risen to enable me to put moving pictures together just like you would in a video.

People like Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese needn’t be too worried by my foray into the video world but at least the songs now have moving pictures to accompany them.
