A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Songwriter Evening on Saturday 5th September such a memorable night.

Most of all, thank you to the musicians who shared such excellent original songs with us. The standard of songwriting and performance was superb, and it was a real pleasure to hear so much talent in such a wonderful setting.

Thank you too to everyone who came along to listen. Songwriter Evening is as much about the audience as it is the performers, and your support creates the warm, attentive atmosphere that makes these evenings so special.

We are very fortunate to be able to hold the event at Ysceifiog Village Hall, which provides such a superb setting for live music. All money raised from Songwriter Evening is donated to the Village Hall, helping to support this wonderful community venue.

A special thank you once again to Jermaine Nelson-Williams from Jay Reigns Recording Studio in Denbigh, whose work behind the sound desk ensures that every performer is heard at their very best. The exceptional sound quality has become an important part of what makes Songwriter Evening work so well.

And the good news is that we do not have too long to wait until the next one.

The next Songwriter Evening takes place on Saturday 3rd October from 7pm.

Whether you are a songwriter, musician or simply someone who enjoys hearing great original music performed live, everyone is welcome.
