Utterly shameless self promotion time.
And why not? If I’m not going to promote my music then who is?
Present Tense was the first collection of songs I grouped together and called an album, way back in 2021. I even got CDs pressed, including rather nifty lyric booklets. And to be honest I was as chuffed as it’s possible to be. My songs were all over the streaming services and I had a CD.
The fact is though that to me albums were always vinyl. That’s what I grew up on from my first album, the incredible With The Beatles which I played to death on the Dansette type record player we had (if you don’t know what a Dansette is then Google it. Yes that was hi-fi back in the day.)
I still love buying vinyl albums so that was always the bench mark. Through the wonders of a company called Elastic Stage people like me can now live out their dreams of owning a vinyl album of their music – and we can share that with the world and the world can also buy a vinyl album of our music.

It’s exactly like a shop bought album, plays brilliantly and, of course, is chock full of great music.
Highly recommended.
