I’ve never done this before, but I’ve just checked how many Spotify streams I’ve generated since I started releasing music and it comes to very nearly 43,000.

Firstly, a huge, genuine thank you to everyone who has taken the time to listen to my music, it’s incredibly kind and generous of you. But this number is just on Spotify, there’s YouTube, Deezer, Soundcloud and a host of other places where people have taken the time to listen to my songs. Thank you to each and every one of you.

When I started releasing my music back in January 2021 I would never have believed that this many streams would have happened. I know many artists count their streams in the billions but I’m also aware that many seriously talented songwriters get only a handful of streams.

It’s staggering and humbling to have generated so many streams and I hope each one has given the listener some pleasure.
