The latest estimate is that there now some 100,000 new tracks uploaded to streaming services like Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Soundcloud etc every day. That’s every day !!!

If you were to sit down and listen to every song released today it would take you nine months to listen to them all.

It’s staggering that there’s so much music being written, recorded and released worldwide. Just think about all those artists out there, all wanting to be heard, including little old me. But realistically what chance do we have? In the time it takes to read this article around 140 new tracks have been released, more if you’re a slow reader !!!
